Level 2 Food Safety for Catering


Food Catering businesses always has concern over foodsafety. Negligence upon follow food safety standards may not only harm the health of customers, it is also not good for businesses alike since food-related incidents does bring unwanted cost upon the producers and consumers alike. Such incidents involved everyone and it is costly and time consuming for those involved.

This level 2 food safety catering course is intended for Catering, Retail Setting and Manufacturing. Environments that prepare and serve food are covered by this course.


This course will be emphasizing the cleanliness of the workplace that will preparing the food, ensuring the quality of the raw materials that are gonna prepared and show employees that will handling and delivering the food towards our costumers the way that they should be handling them.
