You must have appropriate and proper knowledge when it comes processing, preparing and delivering food with regards to cleanliness. Foodsafety rules without a doubt is necessary.

This training offers:

  • New employees (Minimal or no prior knowledge in food safety)
  • Employees handling wrapped foods
  • Front of house employees (ex. waiting or check out staff)
  • Back of house employees (ex. Kitchen porters or warehouse staff)
